Imagine America is one of the few scholarship programs available to high school seniors interested in a career college education. Through this innovative and far-reaching program, three graduating seniors from every high school in the United States and Puerto Rico each year are eligible to receive a $1,000 Imagine America scholarship.

Any high school senior who is planning on attending a participating career school or college is eligible for the Imagine America scholarship. Students must meet standard admissions requirements and other guidelines including:
1. High school GPA of 2.5 or greater (on a 4.0 scale);
2. Financial need;
3. Demonstrated voluntary community service during their senior year; and
4. Likelihood of successfully completing post-secondary education.
For more information or to apply please go to www.imagine-america.org.

Financial assistance in the form of loans and grants is available to qualified students. The College makes every possible effort to aid those students who need financial assistance in order to complete their college programs. Applicants in need should apply for financial assistance at the same time they apply for admission to Florida Technical College.

Students seeking financial assistance through any of the available programs should request information and appropriate financial aid counseling from FTC. The Financial Aid Administrator will be pleased to assist in completing and submitting all forms to the appropriate agency/lender. The student is responsible for providing accurate information. Financial aid consists of Grants, Scholarships and Loans. Please remember that loans must be repaid and should not be considered entitlements.

Any student who has received any financial aid while attending Florida Technical College must complete an exit interview with the Financial Aid Administrator prior to leaving the institution, regardless of the reason for departure.
