At Florida Technical College, we strive to make each student feel special. We do this by providing individual attention, guidance and personalized career services. We offer a supportive environment which we believe is most conducive to learning and to personal and professional growth.
The key to our individualized career programs begins with the classroom. Florida Tech students are able to receive the personal attention they need to increase their understanding and improve their skills. Smaller classes mean students enjoy greater access to our computers and laboratories, gain more hands-on experience and develop important skills more quickly.
FTC students typically take only one course per month. This focused hands-on approach helps students turn theory into practice and fosters better learning by allowing students to concentrate on one subject with one faculty member at a time.
To accommodate the individual needs of our students, day and evening classes are available. For added convenience, the computer labs have both scheduled and open time periods, Monday through Friday.
Career placement assistance and services are available to our students from admission through graduation and beyond. Each student receives ongoing career services from our instructors, administrative staff and Career Assistance office. Career services augment the student's formal academic experience, providing the skills and training needed to find the right job and build a rewarding career.
